Jeanette Balayla is a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist and Relationship Coach who wears many hats beyond her professional titles—she is also a daughter, sister, wife, friend, and more. She founded Full Time Human with a clear vision: to remind people that, despite their individual experiences, we all share a common thread as human beings seeking love, connection, and wellness. Jeanette graduated with a Bachelor’s degree in Public Health from the University of Florida in 2018 and earned her Master’s in Marriage and Family Therapy from Nova Southeastern University in 2022. Her education, coupled with her personal journey of self-discovery and self-love, has enabled her to cultivate a practice that inspires clients to uncover their authenticity, enhance their unique strengths, and embrace vulnerability to achieve positive transformation.

As a dynamic keynote speaker, Jeanette has collaborated with multiple organizations across South Florida, including United Way of Broward and Miami Dade College, to spread awareness of the importance of mental health, emotional intelligence, collaborative therapeutic family therapy, and balance. Her work spans individuals, couples, mother-daughter pairs, families, and organizations, providing services in Spanish and English. Guided by a solution-focused approach, she empowers her clients to build skills, adapt to life’s changes, and confidently navigate their own paths toward growth.
