Rebecca Dávila is a Registered Marriage and Family Therapist Intern with more than a decade of experience supporting children, teens, adults, couples, and families. She provides trauma-informed, culturally responsive, and family-centered care, creating a safe space to heal, reconnect, and build resilience.
She earned her Master’s in Marriage and Family Therapy and Bachelor’s in Psychology from Nova Southeastern University and has worked across psychiatric hospitals, residential treatment centers, and community agencies. Fluent in English and Spanish, Rebecca draws from CBT, DBT, solution-focused therapy, and family systems approaches, as well as creative modalities like play, music, and art.
Rebecca also integrates faith-based counseling through her role as a family counselor in a bilingual church, helping clients navigate grief, trauma, marriage restoration, and spiritual wellness.
"Although there have been times when I’ve felt like the ugly duckling in a fairy tale, I am deeply grateful for this beautiful journey of transformation—one that has led me to a healthier and more sustainable lifestyle. I truly appreciate it. I feel different, something has changed. I’m more motivated, and emotionally, I feel good."
