We're Doris (mom) and Jeanette (daughter),
the creators of Full Time Human.

Hello fellow Human! I am Doris, a Transformational Guide, Life Coach, Nutrition Coach, Health Coach, entrepreneur, mother, daughter, dancer, and corporate leader, and Human!

For over two decades, I have specialized in optimizing interpersonal relationships in the workplace.

Since 2016, I have shifted my focus towards helping others enhance their relationship with food through honesty and proactive behavior. I believe that by fostering awareness, one can achieve tangible results from the very beginning.

Additionally, I am the founder of RedsGoGreen, a program that aims to improve people's lifestyles and health by promoting a harmonious relationship with food and oneself.

My primary objective is to empower individuals to maximize their well-being and develop sustainable, healthier, and happier versions of themselves.

    Gaby was born and I had two kids under 3 years old.

    Jeanette was born and I became a MOM for the first time.

    Began the journey as an Entrepreneur and opened my own company, VEDEAS Insurance Brokerage.

    Graduated with a Bachelor’s Degree in Insurance and Risk Management.
    Started working at C.A.N de Seguros Consolidados as an Insurance Broker.
